本片改編自Edward Kelsey Moore于2013年出版的小說，曾憑借《受詛咒的密西西比》問鼎芝加哥國際電影節(jié)的Tina Mabry擔(dān)任導(dǎo)演，至于《達(dá)荷美女戰(zhàn)士》和《永生守衛(wèi)》的Gina Prince-Bythewood則會負(fù)責(zé)劇本。
故事圍繞著“Odette”、“Clarice”以及“Barbara Jean”三人展開，她們相識于高中，成立了叫做“The Supremes”的閨蜜組，如今已經(jīng)攜手了走過了四十多年...
